28 Learn More About Our Experts Mick Lee, Senior RF Design Engineer, Isotropic Systems Mick has been active in microwave system and circuit development for over 20 years, predominantly in the radar and electronic warfare domains. He was involved in the development of the electronic warfare system for the Eurofighter and the active RF seeker for the SeaCeptor air defence missile. Mick has been involved in military phased array radars for the Gripen fighter aircraft. He now works as a senior RF Hardware Designer at Isotropic Systems designing commercial phased array antennas for satellite communications. Ed Long, RF Design Engineer, Cambium Networks Ed has been working as a radio frequency engineer since the early 1980s. His initial work was on non-digital systems relating to radar altimeters. He worked on early 2G cellular systems and was involved in the third generation advisory group in the 1990s. Ed has been able to observe the evolution of cellular technology from first generation until the transition we are currently experiencing: fourth to fifth generation technology.
