26 Learn More About Our Experts Learn More About Our Experts Ching Man, Staff Applications Engineer, Analog Devices Ching Man is a Staff Applications Engineer with nearly three decades of experience in applications, research, design, and development. He received his MSc. in VLSI and digital signal processing systems in 1993 from the University of Westminster, London. Ching is a CEng (1998) and FIET (2016) and has published papers, given presentations, and prepared training materials on IEEE, IET, electronica, and analog devices for designers and FAEs. Johannes Horvath, Field Application Engineer, Analog Devices Johannes Horvath is a Field Application Engineer (FAE) and Strategic Technical Business Development Engineer with experience in training and education. He graduated from the Technical Institute for Telecommunication and Electronics in Austria in 1981 and started out designing fiber measurement instruments and video cameras. Johannes joined Analog Devices Austria in 1988. Outside of work, Johannes enjoys amateur radio (OE1JHB), antenna design, mountain biking, and catamaran sailing. Steve Ahern, Staff Applications Engineer, Analog Devices International Steve Ahern is a Staff Applications Engineer with a focus on RF & uWave products. He is part of the European Central Applications Group based in Limerick, Ireland. Steve joined Analog Devices in 2017 after having worked most recently as a Platform Architect with Intel. He has worked in many roles during his career to-date including R&D and Design and Test. Steve also holds a number of patents and is a licenced Amateur Radio Operator with the call sign, EI3IFB.
