Blender I love eggs, and I eat them a lot—over easy, sunny side up, medium well, you name it—I love them all! However, I only like my scrambled eggs cooked a certain way. Traditionally you would cook scrambled eggs by simply cracking them into a hot pan with perhaps a bit of butter, a pinch of salt and pepper, and start stirring them with your cooking utensil. Another way would be to beat them in a bowl before putting them in the hot pan, but not me. I like my scrambled eggs blended in the blender! The blender mixes my eggs into a "froth" that when cooked translates into a plateful of fluffy, creamy yumminess! However, because I eat them a lot and have to cook them a lot, I have to clean the blender a lot, and my wife hates this. Way too much racket, noise, and mess to clean up for a couple of eggs, she says. As we speak, the blender is in the dishwasher being cleaned, as my wife is not home and I cheat on the dishes when I can. What is it about putting eggs into the blender that I love so much? It is the way they come out, the mixture is ONE! The yokes and whites are indiscernible, the concoction is fused in a perfect mixture—the perfect combination of egg yumminess (Figure 1).
