MARC DUPAQUIER is Managing
Director for the Artificial Intelligence
Business Line at ST Microelectronics,
a Team that provides Hardware and
Software solutions for embeddable
AI. Marc joined ST with the Cartesiam
acquisition in July 2021. Marc, a
co-founder of Cartesiam and the
Managing Director for the company.
Before founding Cartesiam in 2017,
Marc spent most of his career with IBM,
initially in Europe and then in the US,
where he had a number of executive
positions in Sales, Marketing, and
General Management. He led the Global
Marketing teams for all Hardware and
Software Products, was the General
Manager for the iconic AS/400
mainframe line and Mid-Market Divisions,
and managed the Global Business
Partner Team that drove $14B sales at
the time he left IBM to start Cartesiam.
Marc is a graduate from Toulouse Business
School and has a Master in Business
Management from the London School of
Economics. When he doesn't work, Marc
has a passion for all sports, with a special
affection for rugby, a sport that he played
competitively for over 30 years.
