Another type of ML algorithm that can be used
independently or in combination with a classification
algorithm is predictive maintenance algorithms. Beyond
analyzing machine states through current sensing, a
predictive maintenance algorithm learns the machine's
physical behavior when subjected to environmental
stresses and progressive wear, in order to provide
maintenance insights and predict problems.
