Prior to this role, he has more than seven years of experience as an Extrusion Manager at Baxter International responsible for the efficient production operation of healthcare solutions. Eddie has a degree in Mechanical Design Manufacture and Automation from Southwest Jiaotong University in China. Steve has been with Microchip Technology since 1999. As an Associate Director he leads both the Medical Products Group and the marketing team for Microchip's 8-bit MCU business unit, which serves 30,000+ customers across every market segment. Kennelly's career includes more than 35 years of experience in program- management, marketing, sales, and applications-engineering and positions at Motorola and ON Semiconductor. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from ASU. Jason Layton is a Senior Applications Engineer in the 8-bit MCU business unit at Microchip Technology. Having started with the company in 2015 as an intern and later getting hired as a New College Graduate, Jason has gained an extensive amount of experience in PICĀ® microcontrollers and embedded systems. In his current role, Jason trains customers on Microchip's new products to help them achieve their design goals. Sheila is a senior healthcare business professional at InHealth Technologies, a medical devices business. Sheila has extensive experience as a marketing and business development leader for multinational medical technology company GE Healthcare and leading technology firms Philips and Barco.
