conductive testing, which measures signals coming out of the module, and radiated
testing, which measures the signal that comes off the antenna. When you use a precertified
module, the conductive testing is already done. You can reuse that certification without
further conductive testing, even if you make changes to other parts of your design.
To ensure that you have the components you need to manufacture your device, it's
important to plan out your production as far ahead as possible, especially if you are
manufacturing in volume. If you are building 50,000 or 100,000 of something in a year, it's
not just the RF components you need to worry about. Any component shortage can slow
