Maxim comparator integrated circuits (ICs) increase system resolution.
• Maxim's high-speed comparators have a propagation delay of only 280 ps. A low
overdrive dispersion of 25 ps is typical, with low delay dispersion less than 10 ps. This
design helps achieve system resolution of less than 1 mm, a significant improvement
over the industry average of 2 to 3 mm.
