Dr. Ali Akbar Pammu serves as the Team
Lead for consulting and engineering at the
Product Cybersecurity and Privacy Office
(PCSO) of Continental in Singapore. He
holds a PhD from Nanyang Technological
University, where he specialized in hardware
security and side-channel attacks. His
areas of expertise include hardware-based
cybersecurity, AI model vulnerabilities, and
safeguarding cryptographic algorithms
from physical attacks. Dr. Ali is certified
in SSCP (ISC2) and holds a patent for
countermeasures for side-channel attacks.
Carlos Serratos is a specialist in IoT
security and regulatory compliance. In his
role as IoT Certification Expert at NXP, he
engages with policymakers, regulators,
and industry experts across verticals and
regions. Carlos is an expert in security
regulatory compliance, the development
of security certification schemes and
standards, and their applicability in IoT
markets. He has been an active contributor
to different groups in the Connectivity
Standards Alliance, GSMA, GlobalPlatform,
Eurosmart, CTA, GSA, ESIA, and ENISA.
Asim Zaidi is a technical director for NXP's
Secure Connected Edge business line. He
leverages two decades of experience in the
embedded semiconductor industry and is
currently focused on helping customers
enable security features on the diverse
NXP Edge Processor portfolio. He is a
strong advocate of the holistic approach
to security that NXP is taking to ensure
security and privacy-by-design.
