contributed to eVTOL aircraft development and certification.
His nearly 20 years at Airbus included leading propulsion for
hydrogen-electrified flight. A recognized leader in electrified
propulsion, Richard has significantly influenced industry

Luis Guerrero Aguiñaga is an accomplished ESS/BMS
System Designer at H55. Previously at Northvolt, he excelled
in roles such as Electrical Engineering Manager, System
Engineering Team Lead, and Electrical Design Engineer. Prior
to this experience, he served as a Lead Design Engineer
at Volvo Cars. Luis earned a master's degree in Electrical
and Electronics Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of
Technology and an MBA in Business Administration from
Tecnológico de Monterrey.
