began working as a field application
engineer at ADI Trinamic, serving
the North American market in this
role for five years. Lars has a B.Sc.
in Mechatronics from the Hamburg
University of Applied Sciences.
Daniel Joseph is an experienced
industrial automation and software
controls engineer at Rosenxt
Group in Germany. With 14 years of
expertise in industrial automation, he
has managed projects across various
sectors and currently specializes in
pipeline inspection systems. Daniel
is committed to continuous learning,
regularly participating in training from
companies such as Siemens, Universal
Robots, and MiR. He is passionate
about driving innovation and improving
efficiency in industrial automation.
Stephan Kubisch is the Director
of Solutions at ADI Trinamic. He
manages research and development
activities for motor and motion
control solutions within the Industrial
Automation XTN Technology Group.
At Trinamic Motion Control—formerly
part of Maxim Integrated and now
part of Analog Devices—Stephan held
various roles, including Director of
Product Definition, Head of R&D, and
Senior IC Designer. Stephan holds a
PhD in Information Technology.
Onno Martens joined Trinamic in
2016 as a digital design engineer.
He received his PhD from TU
Braunschweig, Germany, where he
focused on control of electrical
drives. He now manages digital design
activities for ADI Trinamic's motor
and motion control IC products.

theory and digital design to shape
groundbreaking motor control
solutions at ADI Trinamic.
Kevin Nguyen is a senior product
marketing manager at Analog Devices,
specializing in precision amplifiers.
With eight years of experience in
the electronics industry, Kevin has
a strong background in applications
engineering, particularly in power
management ICs. He currently
manages product lines within ADI's
Precision Amplifier group, leading
technical training, marketing
strategy development, and customer
engagement across the US, EMEA,
and Asia. Kevin holds a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering, with a focus
on power electronics, from California
Polytechnic State University.
