programming, human-machine interfaces, and embedded
systems. Passionate about Industry 4.0, he excels in electronic
circuit design and new product development. Shibi also enjoys
exploring network security and web development, seamlessly
blending technical expertise with creative innovation.
Rajesh Mahapatra is a senior principal engineer in the
software and security group at Analog Devices with
expertise in robotics, instrumentation, and USB extenders.
Based in Bengaluru, he develops optimized, production-
ready software for industrial applications. With over 20 years
of experience, Rajesh holds an SDM certificate from MIT
and has led impactful software teams at Analog Devices,
contributing to innovation through multiple patents.
