Lei Han is the principal systems engineer
for motor control and drive at Qorvo. Lei
has 15 years of experience in application
engineering, product definition, and system
development, specializing in digital power,
motor control, and embedded system
design. At Infineon Technologies, he led
global customer support and training
programs, product and GUI tool definition,
and control algorithms development. Lei
holds master's degrees from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute and Fudan University.
Jithin Krishnan is an electrical design
engineer at Northvolt, specializing in
power distribution and electrical system
innovation. With a master's degree in
sustainable electrical power engineering
and electromobility from Chalmers
University, he brings expertise in voltage
regulation and system design. Passionate
about sustainable development, he draws
on experience from Kerala State Electricity
Board to drive energy transition efforts,
contributing to cleaner, more efficient
power solutions for a greener future.
