Luis Guerrero Aguiñaga is an accomplished
ESS/BMS System Designer at H55. In his
previous roles at Northvolt, he excelled as
Electrical Engineering Manager, System
Engineering Team Lead, and Electrical
Design Engineer. Previously, Luis served as
a Lead Design Engineer at Volvo Cars. Luis
earned a master's degree in Electrical and
Electronics Engineering from KTH Royal
Institute of Technology and an MBA from
Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Vagelis Bakas is a Lead System Engineer
working in the field of Battery Systems and
specializing in the design and management
of Li-ion battery systems for industrial and
stationary storage applications. He holds
a master's degree in Electrical Engineering
from KTH Royal Institute of Technology
and has accumulated nearly seven years of
experience in the field of electrification at
Northvolt, Volvo Cars, and ABB.
Scott received his bachelor's and master's
degrees in electrical engineering with
a focus on power electronics from the
University of Toledo in Ohio, and later
earned an MBA from Bowling Green State
University in Ohio. He initially worked as a
Design Engineer in the aerospace industry
and then made the jump to the automotive
world, where he worked with Ford Motor
Company and Dana Corporation.
Ganesh Chine is an accomplished
professional in sustainable energy
solutions, specializing in energy storage
devices, Li-ion cell fabrication, battery
pack design, and more. With a master's
degree in Material Science and ongoing
studies in EV and HEV Design and Analysis,
Ganesh has conducted innovative research
on nanostructured cathodes for Li-ion
batteries. As a Battery Design Engineer, he
contributes to advancing battery materials
and technologies for a greener, more
sustainable future.
