development, and customer support at Qorvo.
He has over 25 years of experience in mission-
critical technology for commercial, intelligence,
and defense sectors. Ryan holds a B.S. in
electrical engineering from the University of
Kentucky, an MBA from Regis University, and
several phased-array related patents.
Gregory Torriani Jones is a seasoned
electrical engineer at Lockheed Martin,
specializing in satellite electrical power
systems. He develops electrical models,
conducts system analysis, and designs
Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE)
for hypersonic programs. Gregory also brings
broad expertise in power systems, circuit
analysis, and electrical integration across a
wide range of projects.
Mohammad Reza Farahdel is a senior
RF engineer at FARASAT TELECOM with
over 20 years of experience in wireless
communication and broadcasting. He holds
an MEng in telecommunications engineering
and specializes in RF design, system
optimization, and network planning across
various bands. Passionate about innovation,
Mohammad has led numerous broadcasting
and cellular coverage projects and continues
to advance telecom solutions across
industrial and academic sectors.
James Cheng is responsible for Qorvo's
Defense and Aerospace small signal product
lines including modules, LNAs, mixers,
and drivers. James has extensive industry
experience in RF and mmWave integrated
circuits used in a wide range of applications,
such as radar, SATCOM, cellular, and
connectivity. This vast experience enables
him and his team to think outside-the-box
and optimize RFIC solutions to help solve the
toughest RF design challenges.
