She has been working at CIRCE Technology Center since 2011, and during this time, has contributed to technology development as a development engineer, project manager, head of electronic system group, and now market development manager. Her main focus is the design and development of power inverters, EV conductive and inductive chargers, and embedded digital signal processing for power converters. Kasra is a power electronic engineer at companies that focus on high voltage and high current AC/DC and DC/DC converters. He has about 8 years of experience in switching power supplies. Tanya holds an M.Eng. and two Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and has had an extensive career in academia. She worked for Solantro Semiconductor before moving to MDA. Dr. Gachovska authored or coauthored numerous papers, presentations, and books, and holds a world patent in Pulsed Electric Fields. She is PELS Ottawa chair, PEDCC standard chair, chair for two IEEE Standards, and a senior IEEE member. Jerome is an IET-chartered engineer working as an eDrive leader and principal power electronics engineer at Ascendance Flight Technologies. In this role, Jerome leads the design effort for the hybrid eVTOL eDrives, the propulsion system key element.
