New Tech Tuesdays

Published January 3, 2023

For two years, Mouser’s New Tech Tuesdays series has delivered easy-to-read insights into what’s next in the world of semiconductor and electronic component technologies.

Starting next week, New Tech Tuesdays will be even newer!

Mouser Technical Content Specialist Rudy Ramos will lend his decades of engineering experience and knowledge to the weekly feature, highlighting solutions that can help you complete your next project.

Every Tuesday, Rudy will bring you trending topics paired with the newest products from Mouser’s line card of over 1,200 manufacturer brands. He’ll go beyond the datasheets, focusing on applications and solutions.

Here’s What’s Ahead

New Tech Tuesday has some exciting topics lined up this year, each curated specifically with Mouser’s engineering and purchasing audiences in mind. For example:

  • Safety has been a key factor in vehicle design for many decades, with new technologies spurring increasingly intricate systems. We’ll look at common vehicle safety technologies and the components that drive them.
  • From smartphone access via face or fingerprint to pupil scanners that are no longer the realm of science fiction, biometrics have gained a foothold in consumer devices that’s likely here to stay. Let’s examine what kind of sensors go into these biometric systems.
