Data is a critical business asset, and protecting it goes beyond technological controls. It also depends on how and where we create, access, store, share, and use the data throughout its journey. Every interaction with data plays a role in ensuring it is handled appropriately and remains secure. 

Everyday choices make a difference :

•    Share Credentials Securely.  Always use M-BOMB (available over VPN) to send passwords, access tokens, API keys, or other credentials.

•    Know Your Data. Understand the type and sensitivity of Mouser information you handle - Before storing, sharing, or using it on various applications and platforms.

•    Store It Right. Keep Mouser data in approved systems and storage locations only.

•    Sharing With Purpose.  Confirm the recipient,  business need, and appropriate access permissions before sharing Mouser data internally or externally.

•    Use the Right Channels. Move and share Mouser data only through approved applications, platforms, and transfer methods.

•    Limit Access. Grant access only to those who need the information, remove access when it is no longer required.
